 Retrieving Your Report From the Whitaker Laboratory Electronic Filing System

 PASSWORD SYSTEM
Every customer directory in our filing system is encrypted with a case sensitive multilingual password for the protection of your information. Project Managers may share the password information at their discretion or request additional passwords for vendors.

To be issued a new password. We must receive an email from the person designated as file manager for the directory you wish to enter, requesting a unique password in your name.  We will then issue a user name and password for you directly to the file manager.
DOWNLOADING REPORTS
Open and Save  - Our reports are distributed in Adobe PDF format so you can just click on the form or report you need and open it. You can then save it to your computer for reference or printing. You may download the Adobe reader from the Utility List on the right.
FTP - Under certain circumstances, the report size and volume on large projects requires a more automated download process. In this situation, we will contact you with information on downloading your files using FTP.

UPDATING FOLDERS
Because of the high volume of reports we produce daily, we will purge reports from the online filing system after 1 year.  They will still be available in our archives should you require a copy at a later date.  In order to retrieve a report from the archives, you will need to fill out a request form.      GO BACK
